Bill McCue

Bill McCue, Associate Consultant, graduated from Glasgow University with a B.Acc. degree and from the Open University some 14 years later with B.A. degree in mathematics in computing.

He is an accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business and holds an executive coaching qualification from the Academy of Executive Coaching.

Bill's managerial career had three components: finance, information technology and general management during which time his roles included Chief Accountant, Director of Information Systems, Principal Consultant and Chief Operating Officer.

His experience is drawn from a number of economic sectors: engineering, finance and banking, IT and professional services.

Most recently, Bill has been focused on utilising his coaching skills to deliver structured leadership development to heads of companies or divisions with a desire for growth. Bill has a common aim across all activities - enhanced client performance, whether the person or the entire business.

Bill's focus on leadership development further enhances the way that Axiom-e can assist growing companies by working closely with Boards/owners to develop strategic plans and then to fully support their implementation whilst embracing the management of associated change. This typically includes:

building the organisation
introducing new systems
installing improved processes
developing individuals and teams to rise to the challenges that come hand in hand with change and growth

When time allows, Bill continues his interests in:

Music, particularly opera and the works of Gilbert & Sullivan
Cooking

Based in Cambridgeshire, Bill is married and has one daughter.
